Parola is published bi-monthly by the Philippine Seafarers Assistance Programme(PSAP).
PSAP is a non-stock, non-profit foundation registered in the Chamber of Commerce no. S127664, Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
Subscribing to Parola is your way of supporting the publication.
If you have earlier remitted a subscription contribution but have not received copies of Parola, please send us a note indicating your name and address and the date (month and year) when you last sent us your subscription request. We will be happy to send your Parola copies. Cases of lost/waylaid mail and mail pilferage are periodically reported to PSAP.
A year’s subscription costs US$10.00.
