This satellite event to the Cebu National Forum on the ILO Convention was organized by PSAP & Filipino Seafarers Family Caregivers Association Inc., in cooperation with The Trans-Parochial Migrant Federation, ECMI Visayas, and supported by CORDAID & MISEREOR.
Atty. Sedfrey Santiago of the Gokongwei School of Management of Ateneo University led the seminar with the presentation of his research project entitled “Overseas Filipino Workers as Entrepreneurs: Performance Benchmarks and Policy Implications”.
