London 2006 ICSW Annual General Meeting elects PSAP-PAROLA to the Presidium

PSAP’s Programme Manager, Atty Peter Payoyo, was elected to the Presidium of the ICSW. The Presidium is the highest decision-making body of this London-based global umbrella organization. And as if this privileged mandate was not enough, Atty. Payoyo was soon thereafter elected as ICSW Vice-Chairman.
Messages of congratulations came from all over the world.
Great challenges indeed lie ahead as the year ushers in major responsibilities for PSAP-PAROLA in the arena of seafarers’ welfare.
