Rotterdam 2007 ICMA Annual General Meeting

PSAP participated as observer in the Consultative Forum of the International Christian Maritime Association (ICMA) in Rotterdam.
The subjects considered during this meeting include reports of regional ICMA coordinators and the ICMA delegations at the IMO and ILO. The Consultative Forum also undertook a thorough review of the question concerning “the future service provision of ICMA to its members”. Rev. Bill Christianson, head of ICMA’s Executive Committee, chaired the meeting.
The ICMA meeting in Rotterdam was preceded by the commissioning ceremony of the newly appointed ICMA General Secretary at the Norwegian Church on 19 October. Rev. Hendrik la Grange took over as new ICMA General Secretary, with the retirement of Rev. Jeurgen Kanz.
