Volunteers
PSAP is a volunteer-based organization. It is composed of individuals, from its board members to the youth volunteers, who share their time in realizing the goals of the organization and at the same time having fun while in service of seafarers. Most of the volunteers are Filipinos who settled in The Netherlands. Some are former seafarers and off-shore workers, wives of seafarers and their children, Filipinos who are married to Dutch citizens and other nationalities, and other individuals with various backgrounds.
